Salado High School’s new football stadium is gaining attention across Central Texas for its striking appearance, modern amenities, and thoughtful functionality.
The facility was funded through Salado ISD’s 2023 bond program. Voters approved nearly $270 million to build a new high school, repurpose the existing high school as an elementary school, and renovate the district’s current elementary school. A separate $35 million proposition funded the new football stadium, track, and field house with a weight room. The new high school proposition also included a competition gym and wrestling facility.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors proudly built the new stadium and athletic facilities for Salado ISD. Working alongside the district, design team, and trade partners, our builders helped bring the community’s vision to life with spaces designed to support student-athletes, coaches, families, and fans.
Athletic facilities are more than places to compete. They become gathering spaces where students grow, communities come together, and school traditions continue for generations. Bartlett Cocke brings specialized planning and construction experience to these environments, with a focus on safety, accessibility, quality, and long-term performance.
KWTX recently visited Salado to offer a closer look at the stadium and the new athletic facilities.
