An Inviting Community Gathering Space

A principle design concept of RBJ Hatchery was to provide the end-user with all the typical office amenities, while also offering access to the public for various musical performances and gatherings in acoustically isolated, visually appealing spaces. This accessibility, combined with the two-story residential building that contains 30 micro-apartment units, and a two-story office building, both with parking underneath, creates an inviting community gathering space that is simultaneously welcoming, exciting, and functional.
