The Details

We partnered with architecture firm Garza/Bomberger & Associates to consolidate all of the women’s and children’s patient care programs into one campus building.

• Scope of work:

  • 253,000 SF 5-story ground-up construction

  • Shell finish-out: 150,000 SF to create a 403,000 SF children’s hospital

  • Floor-by-floor renovations of the existing and occupied 10-story hospital
