Renovating For The Future

Working within the confines of an existing petrochemical plant can be one of the most challenging projects in the construction industry. Working within a prestigious (and strict) petrochemical laboratory like the ExxonMobil Refinery Lab in Houston is even harder.

Safety, permits, and clearance are the easy stuff — working around existing structures safely, identifying problem areas, and working efficiently is where the real challenges lie. Luckily, we’ve been in the business for quite some time and understand the idiosyncrasies of this kind of work.

The Details

We collaborated with the folks at ExxonMobil to devise a strategy for the largescale renovation of an existing 30,000 square feet of their Houston-area Refinery Lab.

We were able to streamline the construction process, making our adherence to both quality and safety an integral part of that process, thereby completing the project with minimal interruptions and beyond our expectations.

FAQ's

Every project has its own story and the best way to deliver it depends on your goals. While we often use Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) because it allows for early collaboration and strong cost control, we also bring deep experience in Design-Build, CSP, Hard Bid, Negotiated, General Contracting.

We don’t just suggest a method. We sit down with you, listen to your priorities, and work together to choose the delivery approach that sets your project up for long-term success.
