In Dallas, we built a structure the city hasn’t seen in over a century. Our unprecedented build of Fire Station No. 27 comprises a multi-story building that is as innovative as it is useful. For Fire Station No. 27, our work isn’t just unique—it’s lifesaving!

The Details

Total size: 27,000 square feet
Structure: Multi-story with a unique “stacked” apparatus bay configuration
Collaboration with architecture firm Perkins & Will
Consolidated the typical 4-bay design into a 2-bay design allowing for drive-thru flexibility at ground level
Innovative, state-of-the-art solutions were required due to the unconventional design
