Elevating The Future Of Infrastructure

Industrial construction is no easy feat, especially when you’re working with the hazards that come with petrochemical plants. However, when Chevron Philips asked us to build five new buildings at their Cedar Bayou plant we eagerly agreed to be the firm behind their expansion.

The Details

We partnered with Houston-based architecture firm HOK to devise a strategy for the dramatic expansion of the Chevron Philips Cedar Bayou.

Working within a petrochemical plant means:

  • Adhering to strict standards

  • Ensuring your crew has the correct licensure and permits

  • Following the plant’s elaborate safety guidelines for the wellbeing of not just your crew, but every single worker on-site

We’ve quickly become a trusted firm in the oil and gas industry throughout the Gulf Coast due to our adherence to safety and attention to quality.

Every project has its own story and the best way to deliver it depends on your goals. While we often use Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) because it allows for early collaboration and strong cost control, we also bring deep experience in Design-Build, CSP, Hard Bid, Negotiated, General Contracting.

We don’t just suggest a method. We sit down with you, listen to your priorities, and work together to choose the delivery approach that sets your project up for long-term success.
