The Isabelle Rutherford Meyer Nursing Education Center at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor changes the classroom environment and creates team spaces that serve as common work areas and spontaneous conference spaces. An entire floor is dedicated to a medical simulation center with digital observation and recording capabilities that allow instant playback for student skills critique and refinement.

Eight specialized teaching environments called “Learning Labs” with three smart boards each. Three-story structural steel and composite deck structure with light metal truss system roof framing exterior finish is masonry with both brick and cast stone and EIFS accents and a shingle roof to match other school buildings and provide continuity with the campus aesthetic.
