This seven-level garage expanded the Bexar County Justice Center campus with 525 parking spaces and offices for HR, civil service, and small business programs. Our civic and government projects are delivered through Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build, and Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP). For example, the South Flores Parking Garage was Bexar County’s first CM-at-Risk project.

Recent civic and government work includes the Bexar County South Flores Parking Garage, the City of Kyle Police Headquarters, the Port of Corpus Christi office facility, the Travis County North Campus Office Building, the City of College Station Fire Station No. 6, and the City of Georgetown Public Safety Training Facility.
