Bartlett Cocke General Contractors (BCGC), has announced two key promotions to its executive leadership team as a part of the company’s ongoing succession planning. As a part of the move, James Anderson has been promoted to President and T.J. Rogers has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Jerry Hoog, who has served as both President and CEO since 2015, will continue in his role as CEO.

Over the past 10 years we have grown from a $350 million company to one that is producing nearly $800 million in annual revenue. This move is part of a long-standing, strategic commitment to keep that momentum strong by continually identifying and cultivating the next generation of leaders,” said Jerry Hoog, CEO.

Anderson, who’s been with Bartlett Cocke GC for 24 years, serves as a member of its board of directors. As president, he will focus on the day-to-day operations at both the corporate and regional offices. He previously served as Vice President of Operations, South Texas.

Rogers has been with the company for 15 years and has 30 years in the construction industry. He also is a member of the company’s board of directors. He previously served as Vice President of Estimating.
