Bartlett Cocke Recognizes 2026 A.C.E. Award Recipients

Emerging Leaders Building the Future of Construction in Texas

At Bartlett Cocke, great projects are built by great people. Every milestone reached, every challenge solved, and every community strengthened starts with individuals who choose to lead through action, accountability, and care for the people around them.

That is why we are proud to recognize our 2026 A.C.E. Award recipients.

The Advancing Career Excellence (A.C.E.) Award honors emerging employees who consistently demonstrate growth, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do. These individuals represent the next generation of construction leaders at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors — people who elevate team performance, embrace responsibility, and contribute to a culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Across Texas, from San Antonio and Austin to Houston and beyond, Bartlett Cocke continues to grow because of the momentum, work ethic, and leadership potential of employees who are willing to step forward early in their careers and make an impact.

2026 A.C.E. Award Winners

Jackson Bailey — ETX

Jackson Bailey exemplifies what it means to lead with initiative, professionalism, and purpose. Known for always looking for ways to push Bartlett Cocke forward, Jackson consistently demonstrates a commitment to innovation, teamwork, and relationship-building across every project and interaction.

He leads by supporting those around him and building strong connections with teammates, clients, and industry partners. Beyond project responsibilities, Jackson actively represents Bartlett Cocke in the broader construction community — teaching classes at Texas A&M University, attending industry events, and serving as a strong ambassador for the company and the construction industry in Texas.

Jackson’s willingness to invest in both people and the future of construction reflects the leadership qualities the Advancing Career Excellence Award was created to recognize.

Dylan Hoffman — STX

Dylan Hoffman is recognized for his strong leadership skills, exceptional work ethic, and willingness to do whatever it takes to support his team and projects. Dylan consistently takes initiative in every challenge he encounters and approaches his work with accountability, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.

His leadership was especially evident through his contributions at Quincy, where he played a key role in helping drive the project to completion. Team members consistently recognized Dylan’s ability to step up during critical moments and support project success through collaboration and determination.

In addition, his work on Microsoft projects demonstrated the same high-performance qualities that define the Advancing Career Excellence Award — commitment, adaptability, professionalism, and leadership under pressure.

Dylan’s positive attitude and dedication to helping the team “make it happen” continue to strengthen Bartlett Cocke’s culture and project teams across South Texas.

Grant Jones — CTX

Grant Jones consistently sets the standard for leadership, accountability, and team development within Bartlett Cocke. He is known for delivering high-quality work while actively investing in the growth and success of those around him.

Grant has become a leader among many of Bartlett Cocke’s emerging professionals by mentoring direct reports, supporting recruiting and interviewing initiatives, and helping develop future talent through APM training and career fair involvement across Central Texas.

His peers and clients alike recognize the professionalism, positivity, and consistency he brings to every interaction. Grant represents the “BC Way” every day through the way he leads, collaborates, and supports the organization.

Always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done — and doing it with a smile — Grant continues to make a meaningful impact on Bartlett Cocke’s culture, teams, and future leadership pipeline.

Building the Future Through Leadership

At Bartlett Cocke, leadership development is not reserved for later in a career. We believe meaningful growth happens through mentorship, hands-on experience, collaboration, and the willingness to step forward when teams need support.

The 2026 A.C.E. Award recipients represent the future of commercial construction leadership in Texas. From construction management and pre-construction services to field operations and client relationships, these individuals are helping strengthen the culture, performance, and long-term success of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.

We are proud to celebrate Jackson, Dylan, and Grant for the impact they continue to make across our company and the communities we serve.
