Published annually, the Building Design+Construction Giants 400 rankings provide a national look at the firms shaping the nonresidential and multifamily building industry. The 2026 Top 160 Contractors list was released August 24.

Founded in San Antonio in 1959, Bartlett Cocke has grown from a local builder into an employee-owned general contractor serving clients throughout the state.
