Comal ISD - Pieper High School

Pieper High School is a 6A campus designed for 2,500 students, featuring a 4-story academic wing with labs and specialty spaces, fine arts areas with acoustical design, and a full athletic complex. The campus includes energy-efficient systems, modern amenities, and two-level dining facilities.

CHRISTUS Health - Children's Hospital of San Antonio

This 410,000 SF renovation and 10,000 SF addition transformed CHRISTUS’s downtown campus into a 195-bed hospital dedicated solely to children. New patient wings, imaging and surgical suites, specialty units, and exterior upgrades created a healing environment where children and families receive state-of-the-art care in a space designed just for them.

Texas A&M University System - Borlaug Center Addition

The renovation of the Borlaug Southern Crop Improvement Center, Building 1513, approximately 85,000 sq. ft., houses the Department of Nutrition and the Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture. This renovation creates leading-edge laboratories, core lab facilities, and computational lab space. In addition to labs, the project includes office renovations and additional classrooms.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing - Texas Plant

This San Antonio campus established Toyota’s home for Tundra production with major packages covering assembly, press, weld, offices, and full MEP systems. The project delivered utilities, roads, and parking for 2,000 employees, along with specialized facilities including a plastics building, supplier spaces, an audit lab, and a test track. Community amenities such as a visitor’s center, cafeteria, and medical office support workforce well-being and long-term growth.

Reger Holdings - The Linden

The Linden is a 28-story residential tower bringing luxury living to Austin’s Capitol Corridor. It features 117 condominiums, nine levels of parking, and a 10th-floor amenity deck with pool, pairing elevated amenities with direct access to the arts, medical, and business districts. Named for Linden Street and the linden tree, it nods to Austin’s past while creating a new landmark for artful living.

City of Kyle - Police Headquarters

The new City of Kyle Police Headquarters is located on MarketPlace Avenue and Kohler's Crossing. The station consists of a new 64,000 square foot, two-story Police Headquarters on a newly acquired site. The station includes administration areas, patrol offices, records storage, training rooms, crime and evidence labs, an investigations suite, a special services area, dispatch, an EOC unit, a canine unit, workout space, locker rooms, and ancillary functions.

Bartlett Cocke was founded by Bartlett Cocke, Jr. in San Antonio in 1959. Today, we remain a Texas-based, employee-owned contractor with regional offices in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston.

We combine employee ownership, more than six decades of Texas experience, strong local relationships, and disciplined preconstruction and project execution. Our focus is on building lasting partnerships, not simply completing individual projects.

Bartlett Cocke has more than 600 employees across our San Antonio, Austin, and Houston regions and has delivered more than 700 projects in the past 30 years. That scale gives us the resources to take on large, complex work while keeping experienced local teams close to our clients.
