A 4-Story Mixed-Use

In the end, you’re striving for a holistic ecosystem where everyone feels welcome. Eastgate Condos was an example of just that—at 4-stories, we were challenged with finding retail and residential equilibrium that brought added value to the University of Texas East Campus.
The Details
The Manor Road Mixed Use, podium-style elevated concrete structure project, is located on the edge of the University of Texas’ East Campus. This is a new 4-story mixed-used facility with a garage level for 91 parking spaces, six retail suits and 59 residential units centered around a courtyard area with pool. Giving luxury and convenience in one spot.
