Bartlett Cocke General Contractors began working on the campus of Dickinson High School in August of 2008. The renovations and additions to the high school were designed by Bay-IBI Group Architects.

Over the years, renovations to the high school included the auditorium and cafeteria, a 24,000 SF renovation of the Career and Training Education wing, which includes welding, auto tech and robotics instructional areas., as well as renovations to the homemaking and life skills lab. Furthermore, we built a 222,703 SF addition to the existing high school and completed 25,000 SF of renovations including a new triple gymnasium, new locker rooms, new dining hall, new band hall, kitchen renovations, lecture room, sound rooms/broadcast studios, art rooms, choir practice rooms, display cases, and mechanical upgrades that included a new central plant, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical systems. Earlier packages included a 39,466 SF renovation of science labs, bathrooms, classrooms and associated infrastructure, as well as a campus-wide technology upgrade.
